In this session, Helene will take you through the classic patterns of  lighting and explain why they are important to shape the face and how they combine with correct posing to enhance each subject. Posing for individuals and groups will be demonstrated along with working with available and studio lighting.

An Outlet For My Creative Self

Explore your creativity via greeting cards, book marks and small personal art. In this class we will work
with certain tools in the Photoshop and plug-ins. In addition, we will learn to make our own templates, Photoshop actions, and to use layers and masks to aid in our creativity. All of this information will lead us to add on sales and marketing tools for our studios and businesses.

The Do’s And Don’ts Of A Successful Portfolio

In this class, Helene will talk about how important it is to present yourself in today’s photography market. The new versus the old and to incorporate new technology into your portfolio for impact. Topics will include types of traditional portfolios, different media to use, and using the Internet to market you photography.
