Lighting Techniques In Still Life Photography

In this live shooting session, Jim will demonstrate workflow and lighting techniques needed for creative studio photography. Topics include Raw tethered capture, lighting formulas, Raw image processing and final file enhancement.

Monday 3:30-5:30 PM
Mastering The Composite Image

Jim will share his compositing techniques from start to finish using several photographic elements to create multi-image photographs for both fine art and commercial photo-illustrations.
Emphasis will be on image workflow, the creative use of Layers, Masks, Blend Modes, and working with type to montage images into an easy formula for creating final artwork.

Product Prototype Post-Production

This session deals with the Photoshop retouching techniques
needed to create and enhance new products for advertising use.
From clipping paths to color changes, real life problem solving
retouching solutions will be demonstrated to help speed up
creativity.
